Will ‘De-Funding Police’ Affect Urban Apt Rents?
If Minneapolis’ decision today to “de-fund” police becomes a trend in other urban markets, should the apartment industry begin to think about how urban apt rents could be affected?

And as for schools, some districts (such as Portland) is removing a police presence in their schools, which was in response (way back) from the Columbine shootings. Will families adjust their neighborhood preferences based on such policies?
