Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing (NOAH) represents one of the most compelling
opportunities in today’s residential real estate market. As the cost of new construction
continues to rise, existing workforce housing has become increasingly difficult to replace,
making well-located NOAH assets both strategically valuable and resilient. These communities
provide essential housing without the need for government subsidies, allowing affordability to
be preserved through disciplined ownership and efficient operations.
We focus on emerging markets where long-term demographic trends support sustained
demand for workforce housing. By targeting smaller, overlooked assets that often fall outside
the acquisition criteria of large institutional investors, we are able to access opportunities in a
less competitive segment of the market.
